Our standard warranty is 3–5 years depending on the product series. Batteries, LED modules and controllers are covered. Extended warranty can be discussed for specific projects.
Yes. For key models we can provide LM-79 test reports, IES files and LED package LM-80 data with TM-21 calculations to support your technical evaluation.
Can you support wind-load review and provide foundation reference drawings for poles and high masts?
Where required, Sunlurio can support wind-load input review and provide supplier foundation reference drawings after the pole or mast configuration, equipment projected area, local design wind speed, applicable code and available site data are confirmed. Final structural and foundation design should be reviewed and approved by the project’s qualified civil or structural engineer. Project-specific calculations to AASHTO, EN 40 or another standard should be confirmed in the agreed engineering scope.
We consider local solar radiation, required working hours, dimming profile and backup days. Based on these factors, we size the solar panel, battery capacity and controller settings.
We use LiFePO₄ batteries with ≥6000 cycles. If capacity drops abnormally within the warranty period, we will provide replacement batteries according to our warranty policy.
Yes. Please send the project location, road width, pole height, spacing, working hours, backup days, and required documents. We can prepare a configuration-based quotation with datasheets, IES/LDT files, DIALux support when applicable, drawings, and BOQ matching notes.
Yes. Sunlurio provides technical support and practical guidance for the installation, operation, and maintenance of street lighting systems. For project-based orders, we can also support installation notes, wiring references, controller settings, and O&M handover documents.
