Sunlurio’s project team combines commercial coordination, lighting engineering, quality management, tender documentation and international project support. Founder and CEO Stephen Zhang brings 20 years of street lighting experience, while Senior Lighting Engineer Sony Cao has worked in the sector for more than 20 years. The company’s functional managers typically bring 5–10 years of experience in their respective fields.
Stephen Zhang founded Qingdao Hitech New Energy Co., Ltd. and leads the Sunlurio brand. With 20 years in the street lighting industry, he works across solar street lighting, LED road lighting, smart lighting, high-mast systems, lighting poles, photovoltaic applications and energy storage.
He reviews the technical and commercial direction of major EPC, municipal, government and tender-based lighting projects. His role is to keep product configuration, engineering support, manufacturing coordination and delivery planning aligned with the customer’s actual project requirements.
Mary Zhang leads product quality coordination across Sunlurio’s solar and outdoor lighting projects. Her review covers incoming materials, production checks, finished-product testing, batch consistency, packing and pre-shipment inspection for luminaires, solar panels, LiFePO4 batteries, controllers, lighting poles and project accessories.
Mia Xu coordinates customer inputs, BOQ requirements, drawings, document lists, production milestones, inspection and delivery. She keeps commercial commitments, engineering information and manufacturing progress connected from initial project review through shipment and handover.
Tom Xu specializes in photometric analysis, IES and LDT interpretation, DIALux calculation support, optical distribution, pole spacing, mounting height, illuminance and uniformity review. He translates road geometry and lighting targets into practical luminaire and layout recommendations.
Cindy Wang leads engineering coordination and tender-document work for complex lighting opportunities. She has supported tender preparation and technical submissions for major government and UN-related project opportunities, coordinating BOQ review, compliance information, drawings, datasheets and technical deviation notes.
Sunny Li manages commercial communication for EPC contractors, government-project partners, consultants, agents and distributors. She clarifies the buyer type, project stage, quotation basis and required next action before project information moves into engineering review and formal pricing.
Lisa Hu leads Sunlurio’s international sales team and supports the qualification and follow-up of project-based lighting opportunities. She helps ensure that application, country, quantities, technical requirements, BOQ, drawings and decision timeline are clarified before engineering review or formal quotation.
Sony Cao has more than 20 years of experience in the street lighting industry. His practical expertise covers LED road lighting, solar street lighting, lighting poles, high-mast systems, luminaire configuration and real project-site conditions.
He has travelled internationally to support project discussions, technical reviews and delivery coordination. His field-oriented experience helps the team identify risks involving installation, structure, product configuration, site conditions, maintenance access and long-term operation before production or delivery.
