Lighting Support for UN, NGO and Humanitarian Projects

Organize remote-site inputs, system and BOQ review, battery transport, packing, installation guidance, spares, acceptance criteria and controlled project files. Support is project-specific and does not imply UN or NGO approval, award or endorsement.

Why Remote-Deployment Procurement Needs More Than Product Supply

For remote, community or donor-funded projects, procurement quality depends on clear site assumptions, document traceability, transport and packing constraints, installation responsibility, maintenance/spares and acceptance requirements as well as the proposed lighting system.

1.
Scope & Auditability
Record the project use, quantities, locations, assumptions, model/BOM mapping, revisions and required evidence so teams review the same scope.
2.
Remote Deployment & Logistics
Confirm access, delivery route, battery transport restrictions, packing and labelling, storage conditions, installation sequence and local capability.
3.
Installation Guidance & Spares
Define what Sunlurio supplies, what guidance is included, who installs and commissions, what training is needed, and which project-specific spares should be planned.
4.
Acceptance & File Completeness
Agree inspection and acceptance criteria, commissioning records, required certificates or transport documents, final drawings and the handover file list before shipment.

Procurement Inputs for Remote and Public-Use Projects

This procurement-path page helps teams prepare the field, logistics, installation and documentation inputs that sit around the selected Solution and Product family. It does not create a separate humanitarian product or Solution catalogue.
1. Site & Use Conditions

Provide each location, application, layout or geometry, users, lighting criteria, environmental exposure, power or solar conditions and operating profile.

2. Deployment & Access

Confirm delivery route, remote or seasonal access, storage, lifting or handling, local installation capability and coordination responsibility.

3. Battery Transport & Packing

Confirm battery chemistry and quantity, applicable transport documents, packing and labelling requirements, moisture protection and destination constraints.
4. Installation Guidance & Spares

Define installation and commissioning responsibility, language and guidance needs, maintenance access, fault support and project-appropriate spare parts.

5. Acceptance & File List
Provide the inspection and acceptance method, reporting needs, document checklist and handover requirements so file completeness can be reviewed before release.

Controlled Tender and Project Documents

Start with the BOQ, specification and document checklist. Exact technical files are released according to the confirmed project stage, model/BOM and available inputs.

Tender & BOQ Review
Model-Matched Datasheets and Drawings
IES/LDT and Project Simulation When Inputs Are Complete
Applicable Battery Transport, Packing and Compliance Documents
Final project files and complete Tender Packs remain controlled.

What Procurement Teams Should Confirm First

Before comparing products, confirm the project scope, deployment conditions, BOQ, technical criteria, logistics, installation capability, maintenance/spares, acceptance method and required document list.

Scope & Documents
  • BOQ and specification traceability
  • Model/BOM and revision consistency
  • Applicable compliance and battery-transport files
Technical Fit
  • Location and site geometry
  • Lighting criteria and operating profile
  • Solar, grid, environmental and structural inputs
Delivery & Handover
  • Packing and labelling
  • Installation and commissioning responsibility
  • Spare-parts and maintenance plan
  • Inspection, acceptance and final file list

FAQ for UN & NGO Lighting Procurement

Can you support BOQ-based project review?
Yes. We can map available BOQ and specification requirements to the proposed scope, identify missing inputs and organize the controlled document path.
What information should we submit?
Share locations, quantities, applications, site or road information, lighting criteria, operating profile, power or solar conditions, delivery route, battery and packing constraints, installation capability, spares, acceptance method and required documents.
Which technical files can be supplied?
Approved public files may be shared initially. Exact datasheets, IES/LDT, project simulation, final drawings, BOQ compliance, battery transport evidence and full certificate/test or Tender Packs depend on confirmed model/BOM, project inputs and release stage.
Do you provide installation support?
Sunlurio can provide agreed product and project guidance. Client, EPC or local-team installation and commissioning remain separate unless the written contract explicitly includes a different scope.
How should spares and maintenance be planned?
Plan access, cleaning, replaceable components, fault guidance and project-specific spares against local capability and the agreed supply scope.
Do these services mean UN or NGO approval?
No. Procurement and documentation support does not imply an agency relationship, award, approval, endorsement or guaranteed acceptance.
What is the next step?
Submit the available project and document inputs for review or open the Tender Documents path.
