What inputs do you need to start a DIALux/Relux simulation?
At minimum: road/area type, target maintained lux and uniformity, mounting height, spacing assumptions, arrangement (single/double-side, staggered/opposite), and any tender submission checklist. If you have CAD or a site sketch, attach it for faster alignment.
Do you provide maintained results or initial results?
We provide maintained results by default. The report states the maintenance factor (MF/LLF) used and the key assumptions that affect compliance (tilt, spacing, geometry, and photometry reference).
Can you share a sample DIALux/Relux report?
Yes. We can share a redacted sample (client/project details removed) showing the report structure, assumptions page, results tables, and layout evidence. If your tender requires NDA, we can share under NDA.
Do you provide matching IES/LDT files with the report?
Yes, when required. We can provide the matching IES/LDT files used for the simulation and list the photometry filename/revision in the report for traceability.
What if my project has multiple road sections or zones?
We can structure outputs by zones (e.g., Section A/B, lane/sidewalk) with separate tables and layout screenshots. Provide zone boundaries or a simple sketch so areas are labeled consistently in the report.
