Manufacturing Capabilities

From pole fabrication and component assembly to the configured lighting system. Our Yangzhou manufacturing system covers the core fabrication, finishing, assembly and integration processes needed for project lighting orders. Production planning and quality checkpoints follow the confirmed specification and approved bill of materials (BOM). Qualified partners support specialist processes and selected electronic components.

01

Lighting Pole Fabrication

Pole fabrication includes material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, access-door processing and structural preparation. Pole, bracket and mounting interfaces are reviewed against the applicable drawings and order requirements. Hot-dip galvanizing is carried out by qualified subcontractors under controlled procurement and quality procedures.

02

Automatic Powder Coating

Automatic powder-coating capability supports lighting poles and related metal components. The specified finish and applicable surface-treatment requirements are reviewed as part of the manufacturing process. Powder coating and outsourced hot-dip galvanizing are distinct processes.

03

LED Modules and Luminaire Assembly

LED-module assembly, optics, wiring, luminaire assembly and finished-product integration follow the confirmed configuration. Component matching covers the relevant light source, optics, driver, housing and electrical connections. Upstream LED components and selected electronics may be externally sourced.

04

Solar-Panel Production

Solar-panel production supports the selected solar-lighting configuration. Panel power, voltage characteristics and controller compatibility are reviewed against the system requirements. Cell/module specifications and supporting certificates remain specific to the selected model and BOM.

05

Battery-Pack Assembly

Battery-pack assembly and wiring are matched to the project configuration. Cell selection, pack voltage and capacity, protection requirements and controller compatibility are reviewed together. Cell identity, BMS specifications and battery transport documents must match the confirmed pack.

06

System Integration and Production Control

For solar or hybrid systems, the luminaire, PV, battery pack, controller, wiring, operating profile and mounting components are matched to the confirmed architecture. BMS and controllers are selected, sourced or customized externally according to the project and BOM. Fabrication, coating, assembly and integration checkpoints are reviewed against the order before final inspection, labeling and packing.

These capabilities support coordinated project manufacturing and consistency between the confirmed configuration and the supplied products.

Quality Control for Project Batches

Check the configuration, components and delivery interfaces before shipment. For project lighting, quality control goes beyond luminaire wattage. Configuration differences can affect lighting approval, autonomy, installation interfaces and shipment readiness. Our inspection workflow connects the approved BOM with incoming materials, process checks, system integration and the documents supplied with the order.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

Check the complete project system before delivery.

The inspection scope follows the confirmed product, BOM, order and inspection plan. Routine production checks, project-specific inspection and third-party test evidence serve different purposes.

Configuration consistency

Battery and solar panel matching

Pole, flange and foundation parts

Test records and packing evidence

01

Requirement / BOM Freeze

Confirm the product family, project conditions, selected configuration, document stage and revision. A preliminary quotation is not the final production BOM.

02

Incoming Check

Check applicable incoming materials and components against purchasing requirements and the confirmed BOM.

03

Production Process Control

Review applicable fabrication, coating, assembly and integration checkpoints by product and batch where records are maintained.

04

Assembly & Integration

Match the luminaire, wiring, PV, battery, controller, pole and accessories to the confirmed scope where applicable.

05

Functional / Safety Check

Perform applicable functional, configuration-consistency, aging, performance or safety checks according to the product and inspection plan.

06

Project Inspection

Review the configured system, order scope and buyer checklist before release. The inspection scope is project-specific.

07

Packing Verification

Confirm quantity, labels, accessories, protection, marks and available packing evidence.

08

Shipment / Handover Documentation

Match available packing, shipment and handover files to the confirmed order and release level.

Check road width, pole height, pole spacing, working hours, rainy-day requirements, installation country and required lighting level before production. Confirm the operating profile, dimming, climate and lighting-uniformity requirements where applicable.

Review the datasheet, IES file, DIALux report, BOQ, wiring diagram, pole drawing and foundation drawing against the confirmed configuration. Photometric files must match the selected luminaire and optics; site-specific foundation design requires the relevant engineering inputs.

Check LED modules, optics, housings, battery cells, BMS, solar panels, controllers, cables, pole steel, flange plates and anchor bolts before assembly.

Verify battery voltage, capacity, BMS protection, solar-panel power, Voc/Isc and controller matching for the required autonomy.

Check pole height, diameter, wall thickness, welding, galvanizing, flange size, anchor bolts, nuts, washers and foundation-cage dimensions. Confirm the applicable mounting and earthing interfaces against the project drawings.

Check power, luminous output, CCT, CRI, dimming program, charging logic, discharging logic and lighting-control mode according to the applicable test plan.

Run applicable aging tests to check LED stability, controller behavior, battery discharge, charging response and system operation before packing.

Check quantity, labels, accessories, spare parts, installation kits, packing marks, inspection photos, test records, packing list and shipment documents.

Related testing references and inspection records can be prepared for the confirmed tender or BOQ review stage.

Testing, Traceability & Compliance

Match inspection evidence and shipment records to the product and project.

Inspection and Testing by Product and Project Stage

Routine inspection records explain the applicable production checks. Project-specific records address the order and buyer checklist. Third-party or model test reports provide evidence only for their stated sample, standard and scope.
