Installation & Maintenance Tips
Correct Pole Height & Arm Angle
Select the pole height (6–12 m) and arm angle (5°–15°) according to road width and illumination design. Proper installation ensures uniform light distribution and minimizes glare.
Safe Electrical Connection
Before powering on, confirm AC 100–277 V input and ensure grounding resistance below 10 Ω. Use 3×2.5 mm² outdoor cables with waterproof connectors for long-term stability.
Surge & Driver Protection
Each luminaire should include 10 kV surge protection and a constant-current LED driver. In high-risk areas, upgrade to 20 kV SPD to prevent driver damage from lightning or voltage spikes.
Routine Maintenance
Inspect lights every 6–12 months—clean lenses, tighten mounting brackets, and test driver output. Replace components only with original certified parts to maintain IP66 protection and performance.
